Karen is a Captain for a major international airline. She has a Masters in Experimental Psychology from Oxford University and is responsible for the research and development of new material at Propel. In addition she is a qualified business and personal coach.

Her unique approach uses cognitive & behavioural science together with transformational life coaching techniques. She uses her impressive knowledge, as well as utilising highly effective tools and techniques used by pilots to manage themselves in dynamic situations.
